I am thinking of you and your optimal health and well-being.
In these concerning times, I encourage you to practice extreme holistic self-care to strengthen your body, mind & spirit, including getting enough sleep and nutrients that your body needs. Extreme self-care goes a long way to strengthening your immune system.
It is also very important to practice diligent hand washing and being mindful of your physical environment; as well as following the recommendations of health authorities in your country.
As a positive psychology practitioner, I am sharing some evidence-based positive psychology interventions (PPIs), which have been proven to increase well-being, positive mindset, emotions and optimism.
Here are three helpful PPIs, which you can try to increase your own well-being and deepen your inner resources. Now you be already practicing these exercises that I’m about to share, but if you do them together on a daily basis, that’s when the increase of well-being can happen.
1. Yoga is very beneficial to practicing mindfulness and heightens spiritual expression . Any yoga practice produces relaxed feelings and a sense of well-being.

2. Self-love Meditation – where you can focus on yourself and release what no longer serves you. Then you can journal about the experience. Click here to access the guided meditation.
3. Gratitude Practice whereby you focus on “what went well”. Set aside some time each day for writing about three good things, both big and small that went well that day.
Try these exercises over the next 7 days and examine how you feel. This may spur on a new set of practices which you want to incorporate into your daily routine.
